1. that part of the City of Barrie lying northerly of a line described as follows: commencing at the intersection of the westerly limit of said city and Dunlop Street West; thence easterly along said street to Tiffin Street; thence easterly along said street and its northeasterly production to the easterly limit of said city (Kempenfelt Bay); and
2. the townships of Oro-Medonte and Springwater.
